Certified Nursing Assistant/Nurses Assistant - Big Bend RetreatBig Bend Retreat is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant/Nurses Assistant to join our team. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
- Communicate resident needs and concerns to nursing staff
- Follow facility policies and all state regulatory standards
- Administer and document medications under nurse supervision when applicable
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in good standing with the State of Missouri
- Nurses Assistants can receive CNA certification education while working for Big Bend Retreat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
