Our client is seeking a Licensed Social Worker - LICSW to work with older adults in a Long-term care Facility in Washington, DC, NW.

This is a full schedule, 8:30 - 5, Monday-Friday.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Oversee the Social Service Department in a Long-term care facility
* Supervise Social Workers in the department
* Manage the psychosocial, emotional and physical needs of the residents, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting assessments, and managing care plans.
* Lead Discharge planning.
* Facilitate communication between families and staff.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Masters degree in Social Work
* DC LICSW License
* Long-term care experience
* Supervisory experience
