Description
Divine Connections Massage & Spa is a structured, patient-centered clinical massage practice specializing in medical and therapeutic massage for pain management, injury recovery, and functional improvement.
This is NOT a relaxation-only spa position.
We are seeking a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist with Medical Massage Certification (MMP - Accredited Certification Program) who is confident in assessment, treatment planning, and corrective care.

At Divine, we develop therapy around the needs of each individual patient.
COMPENSATION
Starting at $50 per 60-minute session (guaranteed base pay).
In addition to base pay, therapists receive:
- All tips paid directly to the therapist (credit card tips subject to standard processing fee)
- Enhancement commission
- Retail product commission
- Proportional pay for 90- and 120-minute sessions based on the 60-minute rate
- Referral incentives for patients personally referred to the practice
- Many of our therapists earn $60–$75+ per treatment hour when tips and enhancements are included.
Compensation increases with performance, skill development, certifications, and retention.
SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS
Availability Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Choice of Saturday OR Sunday availability is required
Minimum 3 days per week (18+ hours)
This is a stable 3-day core position with opportunity to expand
Additional hours available based on performance, retention and patient demand
REQUIREMENTS
To ensure the best fit, candidates must meet the following:
- Active Florida Massage Therapy License
- Medical Massage Certification required
- Comfortable performing assessments and documenting SOAP notes
- Ability to develop and implement structured treatment plans
- Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Lutz
- Reliable transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough consultations before each session to assess patient needs and goals
- Develop and implement structured treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Provide patient education and appropriate home-care recommendations
- Complete SOAP documentation
- Maintain professional treatment room standards and clinical cleanliness
- Contribute to team culture and uphold the professional standards of Divine Connections
