Description
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioner/Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. As an Emergency Medicine Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in emergency situations as a solo provider in rural ERs. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong clinical skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and examinations to determine the appropriate course of treatment
- Administer medications and perform medical procedures as necessary
- Perform emergency intubations, central lines, chest tubes and other procedures
- Utilize management techniques to ensure efficient use of resources
- Adhere to medical standards and protocols in all aspects of patient care
- Document all medical procedures, assessments, and treatments accurately and thoroughly
Experience:
- Board certification as FNP as well as ACNP and or ENP
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Emergency Medicine Provider
- Proficiency in utilization management, patient assessment, medical documentation, and medication administration and emergency skills

Requirements
Experience:
Emergency provider: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
FNP-BC, and AG-ACNP and or ENP-C (Preferred)
