Cottages of Lake St. Louis are locally and family owned and operated, and is Missouri's first Green House Project community. Our mission is creating loving homes where Elders continue to live fulfilling lives, supported by quality care, choice, and positive relationships.
The Cottages are 6 comfortable homes on one neighborhood-style campus, each with a dining room, cozy family room with fireplace, den, spa and an open kitchen surrounded by 10 private bedrooms with private bathrooms. This real home environment, along with high staffing ratios and proven operating methods, provide elders with dignity, autonomy and choice. We are passionate about providing the highest quality of lives for the Elders who choose to live with us, and believe that the model provided by the Green House Project will allow us to provide a level of care unavailable in the St. Louis area up until now.
The Cottages of Lake St. Louis will be opening in January, 2017. All staff will be provided with additional specialized training explaining the Green House model.
