Company Overview
Lincoln Healthcare Leadership, in Southport, CT, produces conferences for CEOs and other leaders of
healthcare providers (long-term care, senior living and home care). Our mission is to advance excellence
in leadership, strategy and innovation across healthcare providers, thereby helping to improve the
effectiveness and efficiency of the U.S. healthcare system. We seek to provide visionary educational
programs, notable peer networking, authentic customer service and memorable experiences.
Since our start in 1998 when we launched a leadership conference in long term care, our forte has been
invitation-only healthcare conferences which are high-end, high-touch, and high-value. We are
committed to providing exceptional quality to our clients and strive to continuously improve on that
quality.
We are 28 talented employees who find what we do meaningful and enjoyable. We are demanding in
what we expect ourselves to achieve, tempered with a spirit of understanding, and a dose of fun. There
