Description
Mantro Mobile Imaging is seeking a highly motivated Director of Clinical Operations to help lead and scale a rapidly growing mobile diagnostic imaging organization serving post-acute care providers.
This leadership role oversees daily operations across multiple service lines including mobile X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiography, and vascular access services. The Director will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen operational systems, support referral growth, and ensure high-quality patient care delivery.
The position requires a hands-on healthcare operations leader who is comfortable managing clinical teams, coordinating intake and dispatch operations, and supporting administrative and billing workflows in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of mobile diagnostic imaging services
• Coordinate field technologists and contractors across multiple service regions
• Supervise operational workflows including intake, scheduling, dispatch, and exam coordination
• Support referral growth by maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and facilities
• Monitor operational performance including exam turnaround times and service volume
• Assist with billing coordination and ensure clinical documentation supports revenue cycle processes
• Work with administrative staff to improve workflow efficiency and operational systems
• Support leadership in identifying opportunities for service expansion and operational improvement

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations or healthcare management experience
• Experience supervising healthcare staff or coordinating clinical services
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, scheduling, and provider relations
• Familiarity with healthcare billing processes and documentation requirements
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
• Experience in diagnostic imaging, ambulatory care, post-acute care, or mobile healthcare services
• Experience working with physician offices, home health agencies, or long-term care facilities
• MBA, MHA, MPH, or related healthcare leadership degree preferred
