Description

 We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team! EB Pediatric Resources has been providing therapy to special needs children in Chicago for over 20 years. We are seeking pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant to provide clinical services to a pediatric population both clinic, school, and home settings under PT supervision. 

Responsibilities: 
Provide physical therapy services to EBPR clients, across home-based, school-based, and clinic-based settings under the supervision of PT supervisor.
Maintain accurate records for all patients, their treatment, and their progress.
Maintain an open line of communication with parents and team members, respond to questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Attend 6 month and annual progress meetings, as needed.
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients.
Maintain target billable hours for full time or part time role.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
Attend staff trainings and agency meetings, as needed.

Requirements

Current Illinois licensure required
Maintain standing with APTA/IPTA and current certification with DHS/EI
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a positive, nurturing environment
Familiarity with basic EMR apps
