🏥 Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This role involves assisting Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans to help patients regain independence and improve daily functioning.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Active Wyoming COTA License
✔ Strong SNF or Long-Term Care experience
✔ Ability to assist with patient rehabilitation and therapy programs
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to manage caseload efficiently

📌 Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 1 year of COTA experience
✔ SNF/LTC experience preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising therapist
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
• Ensure compliance with therapy and safety protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
