- Active Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice- BLS Certification (Required)- Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in Long Term Care- Experience in hospital or clinical setting preferred- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills- Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills- ACLS preferred (required for ICU/ER settings)- Experience with IV therapy, telemetry, and high-acuity patients- Ability to manage multiple patients in Long Term Care unit
