We have a need for a contract PT, temp 13-week, at our Life Care facility in Hilliard, FL. This is a short-term SNF and LTC facility looking for a PT with experience in this setting. The facility is about 45 min-1 hour northwest of Jacksonville and very close to the Georgia line. SNF facilities with subacute and long-term care clientele. We are looking for candidates who have experience with geriatric/older adults in subacute/SNF settings. All positions are guaranteed 35 hours with M-F schedule.
