✨ Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Montana PTA License / Certification
✔ BLS Certification
✔ Strong patient care and communication skills
✔ Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and mobility training
✔ Ability to work in SNF / Long-Term Care environment

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum Less than 1 year of PTA experience required
✔ Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide therapy treatments under Physical Therapist supervision
• Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, and functional training
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and report patient progress
• Educate patients on safety and mobility techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team
