Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) settings is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel PTA experience is preferred.
- Experience working with geriatric populations and post-acute care preferred.

- Shift days: Monday through Friday.
