Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) settings is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience is preferred.
• Experience working with geriatric populations and post-acute care preferred.

• Shift days: Monday through Friday.
