✨ Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist (ST) to provide rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting. The ST will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders to improve communication and overall quality of life.
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Montana Speech Therapist License
✔ Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills
✔ Experience with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
✔ Knowledge of dysphagia management and therapy techniques
✔ Excellent communication and patient care skills
🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 year of Speech Therapy experience required
✔ Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for communication and cognitive impairments
• Treat dysphagia and swallowing disorders
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team
