The Osborn seeks a strategic, growth-oriented, and operationally accomplished executive to serve as its Vice President, Home Care (Vice President). This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most respected nonprofit senior living organizations in the Northeast and lead the continued growth of a home care business that extends The Osborn's reputation for exceptional service beyond its campus.
The Osborn is a nonprofit senior living organization located in Rye, New York, providing a comprehensive continuum of services that includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and home-based services. Osborn Home Care delivers private-duty home care services to older adults living both on The Osborn campus and throughout Westchester County, New York, Fairfield County, Connecticut, and surrounding communities. Through a personalized, concierge-focused approach, Osborn Home Care helps older adults maintain independence, safety, and quality of life in their preferred setting.
The Vice President will report directly to The Osborn's President & Chief Executive Officer and will serve as the senior leader responsible for the overall performance, growth, and operations of Osborn Home Care, including oversight of the organization's Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, the Vice President will develop and implement strategies that support growth, operational excellence, and service innovation. Building strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, referral partners, and organizational leaders will be essential, as will fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-quality service.
The next Vice President will prioritize client satisfaction, caregiver engagement, quality outcomes, and financial performance. The successful candidate will bring significant leadership experience in private-pay home care or related home-based services, along with strong operational, financial, and business development expertise. The Vice President will lead a dedicated team while advancing The Osborn's mission, vision, and values.
Working closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and Board of Directors, the Vice President will play a key role in advancing strategic priorities and positioning Osborn Home Care for continued success. The leader will strengthen referral partnerships, expand market presence, and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement while maintaining a focus on exceptional client experiences.
The successful candidate will be a visible, relationship-oriented leader with a strong executive presence and the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders. The next Vice President will champion service excellence, innovation, and growth while advancing The Osborn's longstanding commitment to serving older adults and their families.
Expected Salary Range: $200,000 – $250,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range. Compensation takes into account several factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training, and organizational needs.
